Return & Refund Policy

At www.saunfsupari.com we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product or request a refund. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your order.We will arrange replacement or refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong product we will arrange the return.
  • Unopened and Unused Products: Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return. If the mistake is at your end than you will have to send the product to us.
  • Non-returnable Products: Products that are opened will not be returned.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at saunfsupari@yahoo.in or 797699601 within 3 days of receiving your product. Provide your order number, the reason for return, and any supporting images (if applicable).
  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return Shipping: For approved returns, we will arrange for a pick-up from your address, or we will provide a return shipping label. In the case of defective or incorrect products, return shipping will be at our cost. For other returns, you may be responsible for the shipping costs.
  4. Return Condition: Ensure the product is in its original condition (unused, unopened, and with original tags/labels). Products that are damaged or used will not be eligible for return.
  5. Return can be done within 3-5 days .

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the purchase. Please note the following:

  • Refund Time: Refunds will be credited to the customer bank account within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.
  • Partial Refunds: If the product is not in its original condition or if parts of the product are missing, we may issue a partial refund or deny the refund.
  • Shipping Costs: In the case of returns for reasons other than damaged or incorrect products, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchange Policy

If you would like exchange any  product, please return the product within 3 days of it's delivery to our address.We will refund the amount along with the shipping charge equal to rs 65 per kg  within 2 days of receiving the product back.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your order by informing immediately but Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at saunfsupari@yahoo.in or +91 7976999601 as soon as possible.
