What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, Please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also update us by email or whatsapp msg  on saunfsupari@yahoo.in and 7976999601 mentioning your Order ID.

If you have taken delivery of the product and you want to return than you have to send the product with original product tag & packing to our address at 553, Udai Path, Vivek Vihar, Shyam Nagar, Jaipur-302019, Rajasthan .

How much time it will take for refund?

After receiving the product in good condition with original product tag, you will be asked where & how to refund the amount and will be done in 2 days of receiving the products. Only rs 70 per kg will be given for courier charges. NO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT WILL BE GIVEN, only Refund will be given. If you want the product again than you have to re order.
